LAS FUNCIONES DE LOS EQUIPOS DE LIDERAZGO

El modelo celular funciona alrededor de grupos de liderazgo en varios niveles. El núcleo de la célula es un equipo de trabajo. Luego siguen los supervisores que forman otro grupo a la altura de sectores. Luego continúan los equipos de pastores de zonas y luego los pastores de distritos.

Las funciones de estos equipos de liderazgo son los de la edificación mutua, el evangelismo y la formación. Es decir, la puesta en practica del sacerdocio de todos los creyentes. La consejería, la oración por los enfermos, el estimularse al amor, el exhortarse los unos a los otros, el confesarse las ofensas unos a otros son parte de las tareas de los equipos de liderazgo.

En la célula, además de los elementos mencionados, las personas también velan las unas por las otras. A veces, incluso en aspectos como el de resolver dificultades económicas de un miembro de la célula. Ayudar a alguien con el cuidado de los niños, atender a un enfermo son situaciones que frecuentemente se atienden a través del núcleo de la célula.

En el alto nivel, las funciones incluyen aspectos como la predicación en las celebraciones. La consejería en situaciones más complicadas. La implementación de los planes estratégicos de la iglesia. El apoyo a través de la diversidad de dones de cada ministro.

Todo esto funciona de una manera coordinada, no tanto porque sea un esfuerzo humano sino por tratarse del cuerpo de Cristo en el cual cada miembro es indispensable y cumple con su función de edificar al resto de acuerdo a la gracia que a cada uno entregó el Señor.

The functions of leadership teams.

The cell model works around leadership groups at various levels. The core of the cell is a work team. Then, the supervisors that form another group at the level of sectors follow. The teams of zone pastors continue and then of district pastors.

The functions of these leadership teams are the mutual edification, evangelism and training.  That is, putting into practice the priesthood of all believers. The counseling, prayer for the sick, to encourage loving one another, to exhort one another, to confess trespasses to one another; are some of the duties of the leadership teams.

In addition to the elements mentioned before people watch after each other in the cell. Sometimes, even in aspects such as resolving a cell member’s economic difficulties. Helping somebody by taking care of their Children and assisting a sick person, are situations that the core of the cell frequently takes care of.

In the high-level, the functions include aspects such as the preaching in the celebrations, the counseling in more complicated situations, the implementation of the strategic plans of the church and the support through the diversities of gifts of each minister.

This all works in a coordinated way, not so much because it is a human effort but because it is about the body of Christ in which each member is indispensable and accomplishes its role of edifying the rest according to the grace given to each one by the Lord.
