LA PERSISTENCIA EN LAS EVALUACIONES

La revisión del trabajo celular se produce en iglesia Elim en todos los niveles y todas las semanas. Todo comienza en el núcleo de la célula cuando se reúne para la reunión de planificación. Esta es una reunión diferente a la de célula con los invitados. En la planificación se revisa el resultado de la semana anterior y se planifica la siguiente. Entre los aspectos que se evalúan se encuentra la efectividad en llevar invitados, la manera en que se desempeñaron los roles asignados, la calidad de los cantos y hasta la propiedad del refrigerio. Todo se cierra con una oración encomendando el trabajo de la siguiente semana.

Algo muy parecido sucede en la reunión de supervisión. En ésta, el pastor de zona se reúne con sus supervisores y líderes y, en un segundo momento, los supervisores se reúnen los líderes de su sector. Se evalúa el trabajo de la semana anterior, se dan recomendaciones, se resuelven dudas, se anima al trabajo y se ora por la diversas necesidades.

A partir de ese nivel, el trabajo se traslada a las oficinas de la iglesia en donde cada pastor de distrito se reúne con sus pastores de zona. Nuevamente se produce una evaluación del trabajo de la semana anterior. La evaluación se hace en relación a la meta establecida para el trimestre. Esos resultados pueden mover a hacer modificaciones en el número de personas enroladas en la Ruta del Líder, a hacer actividades de oración para lograr mayor número de conversiones o actividades que permitan solidificar los resultados.

Finalmente, el proceso de evaluación y mejora termina cuando los pastores de distritos consolidan sus respectivos datos y se elabora un reporte semanal con información de toda la iglesia. Este trabajo se realiza de manera constante cada semana, sin excepciones. La persistencia es una de las claves para mejorar los resultados.

The persistence in the evaluations.

The review of the cell work at Elim is produced every week at every level. It all starts in the cell core when it gathers for the planning meeting. This is a different meeting besides the cell meeting with the guests. In the planning meeting the results from the previous week are reviewed and the next week is planned. We find among the evaluated aspects: The effectiveness in bringing guests, the way in which the assigned roles were performed, the quality of the songs and even the correctness of the snack. Everything is wrapped up with a prayer commending the work of the following week.

Something very similar happens in the supervision meeting. The zone pastor gathers with his coaches and leaders in this one and in a second moment, the coaches gather with the leaders of their sector. The work from the previous week is evaluated, recommendations are given, doubts are cleared out, people are encouraged to work and there is prayer for the different needs.

From that level, the work is transferred to the church´s offices where each district pastor meets with his zone pastors. Again, an evaluation of the previous week is produced. The evaluation is made in relation to the goal established for the quarter. Those results can move you to make changes in the number of people enrolled in the Leader´s Route, to make prayer activities to achieve more conversions or activities that allow solidifying the results.

Finally, the evaluation and improvement process ends when the district pastors consolidate their respective data and a weekly report is prepared with information of the whole church. This work is done consistently every week, with no exceptions. Persistence is one of the keys to improving the results.
