EL LUGAR DEL EVANGELISMO.

El evangelismo no es el único componente en una célula pero sí uno que no debe descuidarse. El crecer en conocimiento y en comunión son componentes que deben equilibrar al evangelismo pero nunca desplazarlo a una segunda o tercera posición.
Es mucho más fácil enfocarse en el conocimiento o en la comunión que hacerlo en el evangelismo. En éste, se requiere un esfuerzo mayor ya que implica el involucrar a personas que no tienen mayor contacto con la fe.
Si alguna observación pudiese hacer sobre el crecimiento en nuestra iglesia, mencionaría el evangelismo como un elemento que se trabaja a conciencia. En el año que recién termina la relación de hermanos e invitados asistiendo a nuestras células fue de 1 por 2.1
Es decir que por cada cristiano asistiendo a una célula tuvimos un promedio de 2.1 invitados. Colocándolo en términos muy prácticos podría decirse que cada cristiano invitó, al menos, a dos amigos cada vez que asistió a una célula. Ese es un dato revelador, pues, muestra que el núcleo de la célula no solamente asiste para saludar a los hermanos o crecer en la fe. Hay un esfuerzo decidido por alcanzar a los perdidos.

The place for evangelism.
Evangelism is not the only component in a cell but is one that should not be neglected. The growth in knowledge and communion are components that must balance evangelism but never displace it to a second or third position.
It's much easier to focus on knowledge or in fellowship than to do so in evangelism. A greater effort is required for this since it involves engaging people who don’t have that much contact with faith.
If I were to make an observation on our church’s growth, I would mention the evangelism as an element that is carefully worked. In the recent past year the relation between brothers and guests attending our cells was of 1 for 2.1
This means that for every Christian attending a cell, we had an average of 2.1 guests. Putting it in very practical terms, one could say that every Christian invited at least two friends each time that attended a cell. That is revealing information since it shows that the cell nucleus not only attends to greet brethren or to grow in faith. There is a determined effort to reach the lost.

전도는 셀의 구성요소일뿐만 아니라, 결코 소홀히 해서는 안 될 부분이다. 지식과 친교의 성장 또한 전도와 균형을 이루어야 하는 요소이다. 하지만 그것들이 전도를 2순위, 3순위로 내려앉게 해서는 결코 안 된다.

전도에 초점을 맞추는 것보다 지식이나 친교에 초점을 맞추는 것이 더 쉽다. 기독교 신앙을 아직 갖지 않은 사람들이 참여하고 있다면, 전도에 더 많은 비중이 요구된다.

왜 우리 교회가 성장했는지를 관찰해 보면, 전도에 주도적으로 초점을 맞추고 있다고 나는 말할 수 있겠다. 과거에, 교인과 셀을 방문하는 사람들 사이의 관계는 1 대 2.1이었다. 다시 말하면, 셀에 참석하는 모든 신자들에 대해서, 우리는 평균 2.1명의 방문객들을 가지고 있다. 매우 실제적으로 표현하자면, 모든 신자들이 셀에 참석할 때마다 최소한 두 명의 친구들을 초대하였다고 말할 수 있겠다. 이것은 셀의 핵심이 개인적 몸 세움과 영적 성장만이 아니라, 차라리 불신자에게 다가가는 노력에 있다는 말이다.
