LA PREPARACIÓN ESPIRITUAL DEL LÍDER

Un aspecto básico para una reunión celular exitosa es que el líder se haya preparado adecuadamente. Esta preparación no solo consiste en familiarizarse con el tema del día sino en reunir las condiciones espirituales que requiere la labor de conducir personas a Jesús.
La oración es un factor clave. La profundidad en la oración garantiza los resultados que se pueden obtener. La oración no debe ser hecha de manera rutinaria sino presentando a Dios las situación del día a día en un diálogo cotidiano.
La lectura de la Biblia es otro factor clave. Las personas siempre formularán preguntas sobre diversos temas. Por ello, el líder debe estar preparado para brindad orientación y respuestas. Sin embargo, también se debe usar de mucha honestidad. Si un líder no sabe cuál es la respuesta apropiada a una situación, no debe dudar en transferir el caso al Pastor.
La meditación es un ejercicio casi desaparecido en nuestro siglo XXI. La meditación no es oración. La meditación tiene que ver más con una introspección personal y la búsqueda a preguntas tales como: ¿Qué es lo que Dios desea de mi? ¿Cuál es el siguiente paso? ¿Lo que hago obedece a las motivaciones correctas? Preguntas como éstas encontrarán las respuestas si podemos apartar un tiempo para salir de la rutina diaria y sumergirnos en la meditación.

The Leader’s spiritual preparation.

The adequate preparation that the leader has had is the key aspect for a successful cell meeting. This preparation is not only about getting familiar with the day’s topic, but in meeting the spiritual conditions that the work of leading people to Jesus requires.

Prayer is a key factor. The deepness in prayer guarantees the results that can be achieved. Prayer should not be made in a routine type of way, but instead presenting to God the day by day situation in an everyday dialogue.

The reading of the Bible is another key factor. People are always asking questions about several topics. Therefore, the leader must be prepared to provide guidance and answers. Nevertheless, the leader should always be very honest. If a leader doesn’t know the proper answer to a situation, he shouldn’t hesitate to transfer the case to the Pastor.

In our twenty-first century, meditation is an almost disappeared exercise. Meditation is not prayer. Meditation has to do more with a personal introspection and the search for answers to questions such as: What does God want from me? What’s the next step? What I do follows the proper motivations?
Questions like these will find their answers if we can set some time aside to leave the daily routine and dive into meditation.

기도가 핵심 요소이다. 뜨가운 기도는 지속적인 열매를 위해서 중요하다. 기도는 기계적이고, 아무 생각없는 방식으로 드려져서는 안 될 것이다. 차라리, 자연스럽고, 일상의 대화 속에서 하나님께 우리의 구하는 바를 내놓는 것이다.

성경 읽기는 또 다른 핵심 요소이다. 사람들은 다양한 화제들에 대해서 항상 질문을 던지고 있다. 그러므로, 리더는 가이드와 답변을 제공하기 위해서 준비되어 있어야만 한다. 동시에, 리더는 항상 정직해야 할 것이다. 리더가 적절한 답변을 알지 못한다면, 그는 주저하지 말고 말해야 할 것이다, "저도 모르겠네요, 그러나 제가 코치 혹은 목사님께 이야기할게요."

21세기에, 묵상은 거의 그 존재가 사라진 영적 훈련이다. 묵상은 기도가 아니다. 묵상은 개인적 자기 반성을 더 많이 하며, 다음과 같은 질문들을 던진다: 하나님은 나에게서 무엇을 원하시는가? 다음 단계는 무엇인가? 나는 어떤 적절한 동기들을 유지하는가?

이와 같은 질문들은 일상의 일과에서 떠나 묵상으로 파고 드는 시간을 따로 가질 수 있다면 그 해답들을 발견하게 될 것이다.
