En la estructura de una iglesia celular numerosa existen diversas reuniones de equipo que se realizan en cada uno de los niveles de la organización. Cada una de ellas es importante porque asegura que el trabajo se realice de manera cuidadosa en cada instancia para dar como resultado fruto abundante para la gloria del Señor.
Cada semana se realiza un reunión del núcleo de la célula, en la cual, se evalúa la reunión de célula de la semana anterior, se planifica la siguiente y se ora por los invitados que cada uno llevará. Esta reunión se efectúa en una casa y es dirigida por el líder de célula.
También cada semana, se produce la reunión de supervisión. Ésta se da en dos momentos. En un primer momento el pastor de zona se reúne con los líderes y supervisores bajo su responsabilidad. En esta reunión el pastor de zona revisa los resultados de la semana anterior en relación a la meta de crecimiento propuesta. Define estrategias y fortalece los puntos débiles. En el segundo momento, cada supervisor se reúne con los líderes que están bajo su responsabilidad para aplicar de manera particular a su sector lo que el pastor de zona expresó en el primer momento de la reunión. Esta reunión se realiza en un lugar adecuado y amplio, fuera del edificio de la iglesia.
Los pastores de zona, a su vez, se reúnen cada semana con su pastor de distrito. El pastor de distrito hace una evaluación del trabajo en un área geográfica de la ciudad. Dependiendo de la ubicación, el pastor de distrito evalúa y planifica para una cantidad de entre 400 a 1000 células, con sus respectivos supervisores y pastores de zona. Esta reunión se realiza en las oficinas de la iglesia ya que todos los involucrados trabajan a tiempo completo para la iglesia.
Finalmente, los pastores de distrito unifican sus resultados para tener una visión de lo que fue el trabajo de la iglesia la semana anterior. Existe una reunión en donde se reúne el pastor principal con los pastores de distrito. Esta reunión es más de carácter estratégico. Se fijan las metas a un año plazo y a cinco años plazo. Se pueden acordar ajustes al modelo de acuerdo a las necesidades que van presentándose.
Esta multiplicidad de reuniones que se producen cada semana hacen posible que se produzca la comunión y la fraternidad en el trabajo. Los corazones se sintonizan en torno a una meta común y se abre la oportunidad para animarse los unos a los otros.

Team meetings in Elim church’s model.
In the structure of a large cell church there are several team meetings taking place in each of the organization levels. Each of them is important because it ensures that work is carried out carefully in every instance to result in abundant fruit for the glory of the Lord.
Each week a cell core meeting takes place, in which the previous week’s cell meeting is evaluated, the next one is planned and prayer is made for the guests each one is going to bring. This meeting takes place in a house and is conducted by the cell meeting’s leader.
Also, each week, the supervision meeting takes place. This one occurs in two stages. At first the zone pastor meets with the leaders and supervisors that are under his responsibility. At this meeting the zone pastor reviews the results of the previous week in relation to the aimed growth target. Define strategies and strengthens the weak points. In the second stage, each supervisor meets with the leaders who are under his/her responsibility to apply to their sector on a particular way, what the zone pastor said in the first stage of the meeting. This meeting occurs in an adequate and large place outside the church building.
The zone pastors also meet every week with their district pastor. The district pastor does an evaluation of the work on a geographical area of the city. Depending on the location, the district pastor evaluates and plans for an amount of between 400 and 1000 cells, with their respective supervisors and zone pastors. This meeting is held at the church’s offices since everyone involved is working full time for the church.
Finally, the district pastors unify their results to get a sight of what was the church’s last week’s work. There is a meeting where the senior pastor meets with the district pastors. This meeting is more like strategic. Targets are set within a one year and five-years term. Adjustments to the model may be resolved according to the needs that arise.
This multiplicity of meetings that occur every week make possible to occur the communion and fellowship within the workplace. The hearts are tuned towards a common goal and the opportunity to encourage one another opens.

대형 셀교회 구조에서, 각각의 조직 레벨에서 여러 개의 팀 미팅이 존재하게 된다. 주님의 영광을 위해 풍성한 열매를 가져다 주는 일을 수행하기 때문에, 그 미팅들 모두가 중요하다.
매주 셀 코어 모임이 있는데, 이전 주의 셀 모임을 평가하고, 다음 주 모임을 계획하고, 각각의 멤버들이 데려올 손님들을 위해서 기도한다. 이 모임은 가정에서 셀 리더에 의해서 진행된다.
또한, 매주 감독(슈퍼바이저) 모임이 있다. 두 단계가 있다. 첫번째는, 지역장이 그의 책임 하에 있는 리더들과 감독들을 만난다. 이 모임에서, 지역장은 겨냥하고 있는 성장 목표와 관련해서 지난 주의 결과들을 음미한다. 목표는 전략들을 정비하고, 약점들을 강화하는 것이다. 2단계에서는, 각각의 감독들이 그/그녀의 책임 하에 있는 리더들을 만나 지역장이 모임 1단계에서 언급한 것을 그들 영역에서 적용하기 위해 만나는 것이다. 이 모임은 교회 건물 밖에서 충분한 크기의 공간이 있는 곳에서 이루어진다.

VALORES DEL EQUIPO PASTORAL.
Una condición muy importante para formar un equipo pastoral adecuado es que cada uno de sus miembros compartan la misma visión. No es posible que un equipo se integre adecuadamente si cada uno de sus miembros tiene una visión diferente de hacia dónde se dirigen y los métodos que se utilizarán para llegar allí. La visión debe ser establecida por el Pastor principal de la iglesia y responde a lo que Dios le ha mostrado para su comunidad, ciudad o país.
Esto supone que cada uno de los miembros del equipo pastoral reconozca que ellos han sido invitados a sumarse como colaboradores del Pastor principal. Si alguno de los miembros aspira a desempeñarse como un Pastor principal y no como un colaborador, lo cual es totalmente legítimo, debe mejor dejar su lugar a otra persona para dedicarse a su verdadero llamado.
En el Reino de Dios siempre habrá números ‘uno’ y números ‘dos’. Los unos necesitan de los otros. Ningún número ‘uno’ será efectivo tratando de ser un número ‘dos’. Y ningún número ‘dos’ será efectivo tratando de ser un número ‘uno’. Cada quien debe estar muy conciente de su llamado y permanecer fiel a la posición que Dios le ha entregado. El anhelo de todo hijo de Dios no debe ser el protagonismo pues en el Reino de Dios el mayor es el menor.
El compartir y vivir estos valores se convierte en elemento fundamental para integrar un equipo pastoral que pueda dar atención a los miembros de la iglesia celular local.

Pastoral team values.
A very important condition to form a proper pastoral team is that each of its members share the same vision. It is not possible for a team to be properly integrated if each one of its members has a different vision of where they’re heading and the methods they’ll use to get there. The vision must be established by the Senior Pastor of the church and it responds to what God has shown him for his community, city or country.
This indicates that each one of the pastoral team members recognize that they have been invited to join in as the Senior Pastor’s collaborators. If any member wants to serve as a Senior Pastor and not as a collaborator, which is completely legitimate, the best for him would be to leave his position to someone else in order to dedicate to his true calling.
In the Kingdom of God there will always be number “ones” and number “twos”. Both need each other. No number “one” will be effective trying to be a number “two”. And no number “two” will be effective trying to be a number “one”. Each one must be very aware of his call and must remain faithful to the position God has given him. The desire of every child of God should not be the protagonism for in the kingdom of God the greater is the smallest one.
To share and live these values becomes a key element to integrate a pastoral team that can attend the local cell church members.

PASTORES APASIONADOS POR EL TRABAJO CELULAR.
En una estructura celular completa los líderes son animados por los supervisores y los supervisores por el Pastor de la iglesia. Pero ¿quién anima a los Pastores de las iglesias? Obviamente, el estímulo debe venir de elementos externos a la congregación local.
Una excelente manera de obtener inspiración es visitando otra iglesia que trabaja muy bien en la visión celular. En lo personal, siempre encuentro nueva inspiración y nuevas ideas al visitar la Iglesia del Evangelio Completo en Yoido, Corea del Sur. El contemplar ese milagro viviente que es la iglesia del Pastor Cho es siempre una razón para encontrar renovación interna. Tal visita cobra especial relevancia si se realiza durante el desarrollo de la Conferencia Internacial de Crecimiento de la Iglesia que se realiza en el mes de octubre de los años impares. La próxima será en octubre de 2011.
En esa visita no debe olvidarse el dedicar una mañana, aunque lo mejor sería un día completo, para ir a la Montaña de la Oración. Solamente cuando se visita este lugar se puede tener una idea integral del modelo del Pastor Cho.
Aunque la Iglesia de Yoido es el modelo por excelencia del trabajo celular, también existen otros modelos más cercanos tanto geográfica como culturalmente. El punto principal es que el visitar cada cierto tiempo una iglesia que desarrolla con éxito su trabajo celular mantendrá apasionado el corazón del Pastor.
En esa visitas el Pastor puede hacerse acompañar de uno o más colaboradores cercanos con el fin de compartir observaciones, tener dos puntos de vista, conversar con mayor número de personas, compartir la experiencia al regreso, etc. Esos modelos celulares exitosos no solamente muestran que las cosas son posibles sino que también dan respuestas a las preguntas que surgen en el diario caminar.
No es necesario que abramos el camino completo. Hay otros que lo han caminado antes y solamente debemos seguir sus huellas con humildad y creatividad. Luego, el camino llegará a ser tan transitado que los que nos sucedan encontrarán una autopista de libre circulación.
Pastors who are passionate about the cell work.
In a complete cell structure leaders are encouraged by supervisors and supervisors by the Pastor of the church. But who encourages the churches’ pastors? Obviously, the incentive must come from external elements to the local congregation.

In that visit it must not be forgotten to dedicate a morning, even though the best would be a full day to go to the Mountain of Prayer. Only when visiting this place one can have a complete idea of Pastor Cho’s model.
Although Yoido’s Church represents the perfect model for cell work, there are other models closer both geographically and culturally. The main point is that visiting every so often a church that develops cell work successfully will keep passionate the heart of the Pastor.
In those visits, the Pastor may be accompanied by one or more close assistants to interchange thoughts, have two different points of view, talk to a larger number of people, to share the experience at the way back, etc. Those successful cellular models show not only that things are possible but also answer questions that arise in the daily walk.
No need to open up the full path. There are others who have walked it before so we only have to follow in their footsteps with humbleness and creativity. Then, the path will become so trafficked that whom will succeed us will find a highway of free circulation.

영감을 얻는 탁월한 방법은 셀 비전이 잘 작동하고 있는 또 다른 교회를 방문하는 것이다. 개인적으로 나는 항상 여의도순복음 교회를 방문할 때, 새로운 영감과 아이디어를 얻는다. 조용기 목사님이 시무하는 교회, 즉 살아있는 기적을 묵상하는 일은 항상 내적으로 새롭게 하는 원동력이 된다. 이러한 방문은 특히 교회성장 국제 컨퍼런스 중에 이루어진다. 다음 번은 2011년 10월에 있을 것이다.
내가 여의도순복음교회에 있을 때, 최소한 한번은 새벽에 기도원에 가는 것을 좋아한다. 기도원을 방문하지 않고 조 목사님의 모델을 이해하는 것은 불가능하다고 나는 확신한다. 여의도순복음교회는 방문해볼만한 훌륭한 모델이지만, 당신이 발견할 수 있는 가장 현실적인 대안은 당신과 지리적으로 그리고 문화적으로 가까운 곳에 있는 셀교회를 방문하는 것이 더 실제적이라 하겠다. 나의 메인 포인트는 열정적인 셀교회를 방문하는 것이 담임 목사님의 열정을 계속해서 셀 사역에 불타오르게 하는 것이라는 점이다.
이러한 방문을 통해서, 목사님은 한 명 이상의 가까운 동료들과 생각들을 교류하고, 다양한 견해들을 얻고, 보다 많은 사람들과 이야기하고, 핵심들을 나누는 것이 좋은 아이디어라고 본다. 성공하는 셀교회를 방문하는 것은 담임 목사님께 모든 것이 가능하며, 셀교회 사역에 대한 핵심적 질문들에 대한 답들을 얻도록 도와준다.
당신은 완전히 새로운 땅을 개간할 필요가 없다. 어떤 이들이 이미 당신보다 앞서 걸어갔다. 그래서 당신은 겸손함과 창의성을 가지고 그들의 발자취를 따라갈 수 있다. 당신은 영감을 얻으며, 교회가 성장해 가면서, 당신과 교회에게 영감을 불어넣어준 다른사람들에게 은혜의 보답을하며 또 다른 자들에게 영감을 주어야 할 것이다.
Una excelente manera de obtener inspiración es visitando otra iglesia que trabaja muy bien en la visión celular. En lo personal, siempre encuentro nueva inspiración y nuevas ideas al visitar la Iglesia del Evangelio Completo en Yoido, Corea del Sur. El contemplar ese milagro viviente que es la iglesia del Pastor Cho es siempre una razón para encontrar renovación interna. Tal visita cobra especial relevancia si se realiza durante el desarrollo de la Conferencia Internacial de Crecimiento de la Iglesia que se realiza en el mes de octubre de los años impares. La próxima será en octubre de 2011.

EL PASTOR COMO IMPULSADOR DEL MODELO CELULAR.
El Pastor establece las prioridades bíblicas por medio de sus predicaciones. Al enseñar determina los énfasis que seguirá su congregación. Desde ese punto de vista, es definitorio el papel del Pastor para impulsar el modelo celular dentro de su iglesia.
Para lograrlo, el Pastor debe utilizar como herramienta de interpretación bíblica el reconocimiento histórico que la iglesia del Nuevo Testamento no poseía lugares de reunión para el culto, solamente las reuniones en las casas.
A partir de ese reconocimiento, la enseñanza bíblica adquiere una nueva perspectiva para interpretar pasajes que tradicionalmente se ven desde nuestra cultura y desde nuestro tiempo. Pero cuando se hace desde la realidad histórica, las personas descubren la vida de la iglesia del Nuevo Testamento y les permite ser animados a una vida cristiana donde pueden servir con sus dones, ejercer el ministerio y ser motivados al trabajo evangelizador.
En la medida que el Pastor desarrolla estos temas, enfatiza el concepto bíblico de la iglesia. Y eso, es la mejor motivación para el trabajo celular. Por supuesto, tal trabajo de sustentación bíblica puede ser completado con el involucramiento del Pastor en el establecimiento de metas, evaluaciones, entrenamiento de líderes, visitas a las casas, etc.

EL PASTOR COMO LÍDER.
Es fácil entender que en la Biblia la obra de Dios siempre se relaciona con una persona en particular. Es difícil poder mencionar una obra de Dios sin que la misma esté ligada a un nombre específico. En la lista de los héroes de la fe de Hebreos once, cada hecho salvador de Dios está relacionado con el nombre de una persona.
De igual manera, toda iglesia celular en el mundo se relaciona siempre con el nombre de su Pastor. Es más, podemos desconocer el nombre oficial de muchas iglesias celulares, pero siempre recordaremos el nombre de su Pastor. Solamente eso habla ya mucho del rol que el Pastor de la iglesia posee dentro del modelo celular.
Cuando Dios va a realizar su obra, en primer lugar busca a la persona a quien usará. Esa persona será el canal por el cual Dios actuará. Esto, en ninguna manera significa despreciar el papel de los miembros de la iglesia con sus respectivos dones. Por el contrario, es reconocer el don que Dios ha entregado al Pastor. El mismo nombre de Pastor habla que su tarea es la de guiar y dirigir. Consecuentemente, el Pastor es quien debe colocarse al frente del trabajo celular, el cual, no es otro trabajo, es el SER iglesia. Una tarea indelegable.

It is easy to understand that in the Bible God's work is always related to a particular person. It is difficult to mention a work of God without it being linked to a specific name. In the list of heroes of the faith in Hebrews 11, each of God’s saving fact is connected with a person’s name.
In a similar way, every cell church in the world is always related to the name of its Pastor. Moreover, we can be unfamiliar with the official name of many cell churches, but we’ll always remember their Pastor’s name. Only that speaks a lot of the role that the pastor of the church has within the cell model.
When God is about to do his work, He looks first for the person He’ll use. That person will be the channel through which God will act. This doesn’t mean in any way to despise the role of the church’s members with their respective gifts; on the contrary, it is about recognizing the gift God has given to the Pastor. The name Pastor, itself, speaks of his duty which is to guide and direct. Consequently, the pastor is who must place himself in front of the cell work, which is no other work, is to BE the church. An undelegated task.

LOS DONES, EL SERVICIO Y LAS FUNCIONES DE LA CÉLULA.
Como bien lo expuso Joel Comiskey en su blog sobre La Trinidad y el Ministerio Celular, la presencia de Dios llena cada célula a partir que ella constituye el Cuerpo de Cristo.
El pasaje que va de 1 de Corintios 11:2 al 14:40, que tradicionalmente se interpreta como referido al culto cristiano (y éste entendido como la reunión tradicional de la iglesia en un edificio), adquiere nuevo significado al recordar que, en sus primeros siglos, los cristianos no poseyeron edificios para el culto. Consecuentemente, el pasaje habla sobre lo que sucedía en las reuniones en casas de los primeros cristianos.
Dentro de ese contexto se encuentra el pasaje que dice: ‘Hay diversos dones, pero un mismo Espíritu. Hay diversas maneras de servir, pero un mismo Señor. Hay diversas funciones, pero es un mismo Dios el que hace todas las cosas en todos’ 1 Co. 12:4-6. El pasaje no sólo es importante porque se menciona el Espíritu, el Señor y a Dios: formas litúrgicas de referirse a el Espíritu, el Hijo y el Padre. Más que eso, es importante porque expresa cómo el dinamismo de la Trinidad era lo que daba sentido a las reuniones en casas.
Sin la Trinidad otorgando dones, servicios y funciones a los miembros de la célula, ésta no tendría vida ni atractivo. Es la presencia y la operación misericordiosa de la Trinidad de Dios la que permite que cada creyente se reúna en dirección a Cristo y cada uno ejercite el papel que le corresponde como miembro del Cuerpo. Es de esa manera como los creyentes son fortalecidos y edificados los unos a los otros.
Tal actividad explica cómo la iglesia primitiva nació, creció y se estableció. Todo fue por medio de la presencia y acción vivificadora del Dios trino en medio de ellos.

The passage in 1 Corinthians 11:2 to 14:40, which is traditionally interpreted as referring to the Christian celebration (and this is understood as the traditional church meeting in a building), acquires new meaning as we remember that Christians did not have buildings to gather for celebrations in their early centuries. Consequently, the passage talks about what happened in the early Christians house meetings.
Within this context is the passage that says: “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different ways how to serve, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men” 1 Corinthians 12:4-6. The passage is not only important because it mentions the Spirit, The Lord and God: liturgical ways to refer to the Spirit, the Son and the Father. More than that, it is important because it expresses how was the dynamism of the Trinity what gave meaning to the house meetings.
Without the Trinity imparting gifts, services and functions to the cell members, the cell would have no life or attractiveness. It is the presence and the merciful operation of God’s Trinity which allows every believer to reunite toward Christ and to practice its corresponding role as a member of the Body. That is how the believers are strengthened and are being built together.
Such activity explains how the early church was born, raised and established. It was all through the presence and vivifying action of the Triune God in their midst.

셀 멤버들에게 은사, 섬김, 그리고 기능들을 나누어 주시는 삼위일체가 없다면, 셀은 생명도 매력도 없어질 것이다. 모든 신자들이 그리스도를 향하여 다시 하나가 되고, 몸의 지체로서 그에 따른 역할을 수행하도록 허락하시는 삼위일체의 하나님이 임하시고, 자비롭게 운행하시는 것이다. 이것이 바로 신자들이 어떻게 강해지고 함께 세워지는지를 보여주는 것이다.
이러한 활동은 초대교회가 어떻게 탄생해서, 성장하고 세워졌는지를 설명해 준다. 그들 중심에 계신 삼위일체의 하나님께서 임하시고, 생동력있게 활동하심을 통해서 모든 것이 되어졌다.

LÍDERES DE ORACIÓN.
El líder es un modelo en muchos sentidos para los miembros de la célula. Siendo que la oración es fundamental para el trabajo celular, el líder debe ser también un modelo en esa área. Además de llevar la vida de oración que todo cristiano debe llevar, se hace énfasis para que los líderes coloquen la oración como su prioridad.
En nuestro caso, diariamente se está recordando a través de nuestras emisoras de radio la responsabilidad que tiene todo líder de hacer de la oración su prioridad. Además, cada mes, la iglesia realiza una vigilia de oración durante toda la noche. Dado que los líderes son los responsables de llevar a la iglesia a los hermanos y amigos, ellos mismos no pueden sustraerse de su responsabilidad de participar en esas vigilias.
Lo mismo sucede con otras actividades de oración en la iglesia como los ayunos, los retiros, los programas de oración sistemáticos, etc. Cuando el líder se involucra en todas estas actividades se convierte no sólo en un líder de célula sino que también en un líder de oración. Los demás miembros de la célula tienden a seguir su modelo.
Por ello, la vida de oración del líder es fundamental para el trabajo. La evangelización a través de células no puede hacerse de manera mecánica, se necesita depender todo el tiempo de la oración y no de la pericia que pueda desarrollarse.

Prayer leaders.
The leader is in many ways a model for the cell members. Since prayer is essential for cell work, the leader should be a model in that area. Besides living the life of prayer that every Christian must live, there is an emphasis made on the leaders to place prayer as their priority.
In our case, through our radio stations there is a daily reminder for the leaders about their responsibility towards prayer as their priority. In addition, each month, the church has an all night prayer meeting. Since leaders are the ones responsible to bring to church the brethren and friends, they themselves can not escape from their responsibility to participate in these vigils.
The same applies to other church activities regarding prayer, as fasting, retreats, the systematic prayer programs, etc. When the leader participates in these activities he becomes not only a cell leader but also a prayer leader. The rest of the cell members tend to follow his example.
Therefore the leader's prayer life is fundamental to the cell work. Evangelization through cells can not be done mechanically; you need to depend on prayer at all time and not on the expertness that can be developed.
